If you need a tall post that can still be shipped by UPS, consider the "Breakaway" two piece post system. It is safer in an accident and required by law in many situations and it can ship by UPS. It has an 8' top post and a 3' base post and it is as tall as these ten foot posts when installed. You can find them here.
