| On the 10 and 12 foot posts, there is a minimum quantity of 10. That is because they have to be shipped via motor freight and the shipping cost would be ridiculous if you ordered just one. When shipping these via "motor freight" the shipping would be $60-$75 for just one and the shipping would only be slightly higher for 10 because the shipping doesn't go up that much per post once you have paid the initial costs for using "motor freight". These 14 gauge square sign posts have 7/16" holes on 1" centers the full length of the post allowing signs to be mounted back to back on all four sides at any height. The square shape provide exceptional torsional stability. You can use these posts by themselves or use with a 3' post (Item SQ32) to form a breakaway system. Simply install the 3' post (Item SQ32) into the ground and leave about 6 inches above ground level. Then slide your post into Item SQ32 and put in a bolt and you have a "breakaway" system. *NOTE: 10 foot post and taller can not be shipped UPS and must be shipped by motor freight. |
