These items come with a 50" tall post (1 5/8" OD PIPE). The post has a baked enamel finish. The posts are drilled for mounting a standard 12" tall, 18" tall or a 24" tall traffic sign (Signs Not Included). The unit with the 14" cast iron base weighs 24 lbs.. The unit with the 17" base weighs 40 lbs.. Both of the cast iron bases also have mounting holes that allow you to use concrete bolts to secure the cast iron base to the pavement for a permanent installation.
