Your message can be washed of with Windex or any glass cleaner with ammonia, but it will not come off with rain. They are water proof, smudge proof and fool proof. The double sided 10mm heavy duty 24"x36" corrugated plastic sign face has a proprietary coating that allows it to work with the special wo/wo markers. Without the special coating, the markers would stain the board and your graphics would not properly adhere to the sign surface.
