The regular Uni-Leg QLA Roadside Changeable Message Board can withstand up to 30 MPH winds. For added stability, add 10-20 lbs of sand to each sign Upright through the Ballast Port that is located in the cut out of the Upright. Sandbags could also be placed across the lowest oval cutout in the two uprights, but its internal blasting is typically enough for average high winds.
