Item Description:
Combine these Bases and Posts with your custom sign. They are ideal for many applications including shopping centers, apartment complexes, fire lanes, airports, parking ramps and handicapped areas. They're also ideal for "Reserved" and "No Parking" signs at places of business.
This item comes with a 50" tall post (2" OD PIPE). The post has a baked enamel finish. The post is round from top to bottom (not flattened like other similar products that we sell) and the top is capped. This item comes with two post brackets designed for this post and they can be slid up and down and positioned wherever needed to match up to the holes on your signs. This version uses two-sided brackets that can hold two signs back-to-back with the post sandwiched between the signs.
This configuration has the 17" diameter cast iron base. The combined weight of the post and base = 34.5 lbs. Once you add your signs the total weight become 40+ lbs. It also has mounting holes that allow you to use concrete bolts to secure the cast iron base to the pavement for a permanent installation.
