Will I pay sales tax?
Yes, but only if your shipping address is in Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Iowa, Illinois, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin or Pennsylvania.

Do you offer free shipping?
We do not offer free shipping across the board.  We do have a few select products with a free shipping promotion. You'll see the code right by the item's image if we offer free shipping for that item.

What are shipping times?
It varies by product. Most of our items, like the plasticade products, are in our Illinois warehouse and ready to ship. Most in-house products ship within 1 business day.  A number of other items ship directly from a supplier's warehouses which are located throughout the country. They'll have a wide range of lead times, but 95% of them will ship within 2-4 business days.

Do you have reseller pricing?
The short answer is "Yes and No". We don't offer it on every item, but we do offer reseller pricing on a decent percent of our products.  We offer it to sign shops and advertising specialty companies and print brokers.  Click here to learn more.
